ReFresh Your Step is introducing a tiered system for our resume and other a la carte services in order to better fit the needs of our clients. Please note that each category contains a set price range and we will work with each individual client to determine the appropriate price-point given his or her needs, experience and associated amount of time to be spent on each service.
Regardless of which tier you select, clients can depend on the following:
- An excellent resume tailored to your unique background, experience and objectives
- A dual cover letter package, including our "patented" Model and Example cover letters that are written solely for your needs and will help you write effective cover letters for years to come
- Tips on strategic interviewing and networking tactics as you move through the process
- Lifetime access to our resume/cover letter writers for review, changes and additions. Reviews/minor changes are always free; any major changes/additions will never be more than $50!
As always, our goal remains the same: to provide the highest level of professional service while remaining cost-effective. In the end, regardless of their "tier," our clients will always receive excellent work and at the best price!

| Re-Formatting for Online Applications |
While we
encourage our clients to send resumes and cover letters in to actual
people via email (and have a surplus of strategies on how to locate and
connect with the right people for every job), we also know that there
are occasions when you have to submit your documents via an online
application system. Since the formatting is unique for those situations
and our clients have been asking for the service, we now offer document
reformatting for online purposes.

Our resume writers understand when life throws you a professional curveball and we'll work with you on knocking it out of the park. | Re-Generating Pre-Existing Documents |
ReFresh Your Step kindly requests that clients' pre-existing resume/cover letter documents be sent as a Microsoft Word document, Google Document or, if absolutely necessary, in the body of an email. If a pre-existing resume must be re-generated by one of our resume writers, a $50 surcharge will be added to your invoice. Thank you for your cooperation and please feel free to ask any questions regarding this matter.
