Christina has her Bachelor's Degree in American Cultural Studies from Swarthmore College. As a Career Strategy Coach, Christina is passionate about helping people connect the resources they need to have the careers they want.
Christina leads the initial intake consultations for incoming RYS clients and does a phenomenal job of hearing about each person's unique career to-date, their challenges, future goals, and any additional obstacles along the way.
Her keen ability to ask insightful questions at the right moments allows clients to feel both heard and understood, both of which are foundational for our partnership. Conversations with Christina are often the first step in clients embracing our Kapitalize Process!
LISA DAVIS

Lisa has her Bachelor’s degree in Communications from the University of North Dakota, and has experience as a print reporter as well as in both public and media relations.
Lisa utilizes her strong communication skills to talk to clients and collaborate with them to find exactly what they are looking for in a career. She also possesses the ideal qualities and characteristics to effectively combine and understand a client’s background, recommendations, and accomplishments, molding them all into a comprehensive career path tailor made for each person.
MEGAN ELRATH

Megan has her Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Texas Christian University and her Master’s Degree in Psychological Services from the University of Pennsylvania. She has extensive experience in higher education, including working in career services both at the University of Georgia and Drexel University.
Megan’s married interests of writing and helping clients to reach their career goals naturally landed her at RYS helping people who are job searching while also understanding and empathizing with clients going through a challenging time in their lives.
To add to her extensive experience in career coaching, Megan obtained her Certified Professional Career Coach (CPCC) credential in 2023. While her 15+ years of experience prepares her to collaborate successfully with all clients, she is especially interested in helping young professionals to identify and reach their career goals as well as coaching professionals of all levels to prepare for employment interviews. Megan believes that by identifying and owning our unique strengths, we can find the confidence to achieve any career goal.
NICOLA HAGGART

Nicola has positioned more than two thousand clients for their ideal role. She has a Bachelor’s degree in English from the University of Liverpool in the UK, a Certificate in Career Coaching accredited by the International Coaching Federation, and an Advanced Diploma from the Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development. Nicola is a member of the British Association of CV Writers and Career Directors International.
Nicola’s own career features roles with big-name corporates such as PwC, Airbus, and Zurich Insurance Group. Prior to making the leap into resume writing and career coaching in 2015, she spent a number of years as a recruiter and senior HR professional. Drawing on an in-depth understanding of the recruiter mindset and leveraging her business background, Nicola helps clients to realize their goals.
CATHARINE CRAIG

Catharine has her Bachelor’s degree in Education and her Master’s degree in Quality Teaching, both from Graceland University, where she continued to work in Career Services both as the Career Development Coordinator and as Director of Career Counseling and Academic Advising. Catharine is well versed in the realm of resume writing, earning both her CPRW, and ACRW completing an intensive course at NRWA conferences, and becoming a board member for the NRWA.
Catharine brings her intense drive to learn and deep sense of creative curiosity to help support clients at RYS with everything they need when it comes to a career transition.
